The Volunteers’ Tea Party

Dear Volunteers,
You are cordially invited to our annual Volunteers’ Tea Party in Wells.
The event will bring together all the volunteers in Wells and provide a time to celebrate all the wonderful work that you do for our community.
The venue this year will be kindly provided by Wells City Council for the 10th Anniversary of the Tea Party at the Town Hall.
Please let us know if you are able to attend and whether you have any dietary requirements so that we know for numbers and catering purposes by 26th May.

Wells Community Network Cafe - A friendly drop-in for volunteers, carers, or anyone who wants to drop-in—whether it’s help with forms, advice, signposting, or just a chat. The café is all about building community, connection, and conversation. Come along to meet neighbours, professionals share experiences, and enjoy a cup of coffee in a welcoming space.

The speaker will be Dean Mortlock, recently appointed Editor of the Wells Voice, who will talk about its value to the community, why he works as a one-man band and how you can help.
