with a team of friendly volunteers who are always happy to help.

  • We can offer help with transport to local gps and hospital appointments

  • Book a ride on our trishaw

  • You can join the local Neighbourhood Watch scheme

  • We can help you find a Micro-provider (self-employed carer) to help you in your home.

  • If you need help we might be able to point you in the right direction

Need Help

If you find yourself or someone you know in a difficult situation financially, unable to feed or adequately care for themselves and/or family, please get in touch with the help line and we can signpost you to find the urgent help and guidance you’re looking for.

Trishaw rides

If you would like to get out and about and feel the wind in your hair WCN have bought a trishaw to help people get outside. One of our friendly ‘pilots’ can take you out for a ride.

Mental Health

If you need support with a mental health issue of any kind, then please take a look at the range of support available locally from Mendip Health Connections.

There are organisations offering one-to-one sessions, counselling, therapy, group sessions, telephone support, advice and mentoring for a range of concerns.
